Visa & Case Tracker application and related sites/services.

● Account & Contact: email, name (optional), password hashes.
● Case Inputs: receipt numbers or case identifiers you manually provide to check public status.
● Notifications: preferences for email or in-app alerts.
● Usage/Device: IP address, device type, OS, app version, diagnostics, and crash logs.

We do not require government IDs, SSNs, or sensitive biometric data for basic use.

secrets, regular patching). No method is 100% secure, but we continuously improve safeguards. (Security
commitment language harmonizes with your earlier “reasonable security measures.”)

● EEA/UK: You may contact us or your local authority; you can withdraw consent any time where

11) Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Do
not use the Services if you are under that age.

Links to third-party or government websites are subject to their own terms and privacy policies; we are
not responsible for their practices.
