Bench Sales Recruiter – Data Analytics Specialist Opportunity

Location: Remote (India) | Salary: INR 25,000+ Bonus (Negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

• Identify and engage top-tier candidates with expertise in Data Analytics technologies and integration tools.
• Utilize channels like job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screening and Evaluation:

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and fit for client requirements.

Pipeline Management:

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.

Collaboration with Teams:

• Work closely with sales and account management teams to understand client needs.
• Deliver high-quality candidates within tight timelines.

Offer Negotiation and Hiring:

• Negotiate offers, facilitate the hiring process, and ensure smooth candidate transitions.

Industry Knowledge and Improvement:

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Enhance recruiting strategies and practices continuously.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in bench sales recruiting, preferably in IT staffing.
• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates with expertise in Data Analytics and integration tools.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Data Analytics technologies (AEM, Adobe Analytics/Launch, CDP, Google Analytics, PowerBI, etc.).
• Familiarity with integration platforms like Talend is highly desirable.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with urgency to meet client needs.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
