Role: HR Manager (Immigration & HR Operations)

Experience & Responsibilities:

  • Verastro Technologies is seeking an HR Manager to oversee human resources operations and immigration processes. This role will manage recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and H-1B visa processing, while also handling performance evaluations and public access file management to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • ● Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
    ● Manage U.S. immigration processes, including H-1B, PERM, and Green Card sponsorships.
    ● Ensure compliance with USCIS, DOL, and employment laws, including maintaining Public Access Files (PAFs).
    ● Develop and implement HR policies, performance management programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
    ● Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support employee development plans.
    ● Work closely with leadership to support talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
  • 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in IT consulting or staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration processes (H-1B, PERM, I-9, compliance).
  • Experience with HR tools, ATS, payroll systems, and employment laws.
  • Expertise in performance evaluations, employee relations, and policy implementation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
