Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer Opportunity

Location: Houston, Texas | Duration: 6+ months

Responsibilities:

Deployment and Integration:

• Manage large, complex deployments and configurations.
• Ensure seamless integration of the Dynamics CRM system with existing infrastructure.

CRM Development and Support:

• Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for CRM development.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions to expand CRM usage across the organization.

Architecture and Requirements:

• Articulate architectural differences and address integration challenges effectively.
• Translate use cases and requirements into user stories.

Training and Documentation:

• Provide training and documentation as system changes progress rapidly.

CRM Application Management:

• Create, deliver, and manage CRM applications, including web portals for enterprise MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Manage Dynamics 365 CRM online solutions and customize forms, views, dashboards, and entities.

Field Customizations and Relationships:

• Develop and configure fields, calculated fields, rollup fields, and field-level security.
• Implement and manage entity relationships, cascading rules, and hierarchical data.

Business Processes and Workflows:

• Implement business rules, workflows, dialogs, and custom actions.
• Create role-driven business process flows with conditional branching and multiple entities.

Solution Architecture:

• Design and implement application, technical, domain, or solution architecture.

Key Skills:

• Dynamics 365 CRM customization (forms, views, dashboards, entities).
• Business process flows, workflows, and automation.
• Integration and deployment expertise.
• Training and documentation for system enhancements.
