We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer to join our dynamic team and work on an implementation project for a US-based client. This is a fully remote position, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM), particularly in SailPoint IdentityIQ and its associated technologies. Candidates with certifications in SailPoint or related domains will have an added advantage.
Collaborate with the project team to design, develop, and implement SailPoint solutions based on client requirements.
Configure and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ components, including workflows, provisioning policies, and connectors.
Integrate SailPoint with various on-premises and cloud-based applications and systems.
Perform system troubleshooting, resolve issues, and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct access reviews, certification campaigns, and develop automated provisioning solutions.
Document technical designs, configurations, and user guides for the implemented solutions.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery within the defined timeline.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SailPoint and IAM technologies.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
Hands-on expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and customization.
Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and access certifications.
Proficiency in Java, XML, BeanShell, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL for system integration and customization.
Experience in integrating SailPoint with applications such as Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with teams and clients effectively.
SailPoint Certification (e.g., SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect) is highly preferred.
Familiarity with cloud IAM solutions and cybersecurity best practices.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
